We are looking for a Team Lead Developer — someone who combines strong technical expertise with a genuine passion for leading and growing people.
You’ll be the bridge between engineering excellence and team performance, ensuring that projects run smoothly, standards are met, and developers are inspired to do their best work.
This is a full-time hybrid position, where you’ll lead by example, shape team processes, and contribute hands-on to complex technical solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Leadership & People
- Lead a team of 3–6 developers, PM and QA specialists through all phases of project delivery — from architecture and planning to implementation and deployment.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, identify development goals, and ensure continuous learning within the team.
- Maintain team engagement, motivation, and productivity.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and mentorship of new team members.
- Define performance metrics (KPI) and career progression paths.
- Ensure all team processes are structured, efficient, and transparent.
- Proactively resolve conflicts and remove blockers that hinder progress.
Technical
- Participate in system architecture and technical design of key projects.
- Set and uphold coding standards through regular code reviews and pair programming.
- Drive continuous improvement in quality, scalability, and maintainability of codebases.
- Lead technical discovery and solution validation with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in version control, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
- Explore and introduce new tools, frameworks, or approaches that improve team performance.
What We Expect
- 5+ years of experience in software development (frontend or backend).
- Proven experience in leading teams or mentoring other developers.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, testing, and deployment processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to make informed decisions independently.
- Strong English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Ability to balance technical quality with delivery timelines.
Backend Knowledge
- Excellent command of .NET Core, C#, SQL Server/MySQL and REST API design.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles.
- Experience with Azure Cloud, NoSQL databases, Active Directory / Identity systems, and automated testing is a plus.
Frontend Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Svelte/SvelteKit and/or Vue.js, including SSR, CSR, and hydration strategies.
- Excellent skills in HTML, CSS (Tailwind) and API integrations.
- Bonus points for experience with Vercel / Azure / AWS, unit testing, and design handoff tools (e.g., Figma).
