Development Team Lead

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Development Team Lead to join our team and help us drive our projects to success.

As a Development Team Lead at Infosit, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability. Our web applications are based on MACH principles with a frontend built using Svelte and you will be the one who collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that it meets requirements and goals set by them.

Looking for a highly motivated individual who has:

Proven experience as a Development Team Lead or similar role
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks
Experience with MACH architecture and microservices is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Key responsibilities:

Lead the development team in designing and developing modern web applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
