PMI Forum 2021 gathered participants from different organizations - businesses, educational, and public institutions and hosted some of the top experts in project management. With the impact of COVID-19 still strong, sales and revenues have been declining in some industries, and many smaller companies are facing the prospect of downsizing, participants said.
How to get the best of strategic thinking within organisations, when a crisis and uncertainty looms large? Our CEO and founder Goran Mrvos gave his take on a panel discussion “Projects in these crazy times”. He shared several models and insights on thinking, planning, and acting in crisis.
Reviewing plans and action steps more frequently is important, and so is confident leadership focused on achieving short- and long-term goals. Motivation bears significance, too, as it helps teams to persevere through tough times, and keep delivering great projects.
