In a recent interview with Ljubica Vuko, the distinguished journalist at Slobodna Dalmacija and Jutarnji list, our CEO and founder Goran Mrvos shared his thoughts on the entrepreneurial mindset and positive attitudes in business. The conversation touched on the pace of digital transformation, as well as the Croatian IT industry, which keeps outperforming the national economy, shining amidst its unyielding international success.
As Goran stressed, a readiness to learn and change are key to keeping pace with a dynamic environment we live in. A big believer in self-reliance, he highlighted the need to take responsibility for achieving one’s goals and dreams.
-An important realisation for me was that, if you want something, you should employ your strengths and work towards getting it. Other people can help you, sure, but you shouldn’t count on other people or organisations to solve or fulfill your needs. When you fail at something, it is important not to blame other people for that, Goran said.
And don’t forget to celebrate success, he said. It is a source of strength and endurance for the game called business.
