Infosit co-owner Dolores Koverlica is starting a new coaching venture, Kohlea, which will focus on education and mediation for IT leaders. Koverlica started her career at the company as a math student and a developer intern 20 years ago. She progressed to senior partner, solution architect, head of delivery and co-owner, and helped expand Infosit from a team of three to over 30 people.

Reflecting on our societal and business realities, I thought about what technology companies needed today, and how that can contribute to the greater good. I found the answer in coaching and education for IT leaders, especially those moving to leadership roles from technical positions. I know their pains and challenges, and I believe I can be of help. That’s how Kohlea was born, she said.
It comes after a sabbatical and the gradual relinquishing of responsibilities she held at Infosit. Starting this year, Marko Glavaš took over as Delivery Director. Koverlica oversaw the transition in the first two quarters of 2025.
Over the last months, she laid the foundations for the new venture. Kohlea has an important edge: mediation. Koverlica, a licensed mediator, says that conflict in and between teams and departments costs companies money. That is due to poor understanding of priorities, which is rooted in poor communication.
Ignoring conflict in the making is detrimental to business. Ultimately, it will affect either your performance and profitability, or your culture and people's satisfaction, or all these things, she said.

Having travelled the road herself, Dolores is perfectly placed to coach IT leaders and engineering managers as they develop skills needed in these roles. I can only recommend Kohlea to IT companies, as I know first-hand the kind of value Dolores creates as a team leader, a mentor and an executive. It makes me proud that the new venture will also draw from the expertise, culture and values we built together at Infosit over the last 20 years, said Goran Mrvoš, Infosit founder and CEO.
The new venture will be financially and operationally separate from Infosit. Koverlica remains a co-owner at Infosit, with an interest in the company’s success.
In the last 12 months, Infosit brought in several senior-level experts and a business development manager with strong international experience. The company has expanded activity in Europe and the Middle East and is helping enterprises shape and execute their AI strategies.
Meet with Dolores at upcoming events and contact her on LinkedIn to hear more about how Kohlea can help your teams and departments.
